Primeco is a full service contractor with broad experience serving public / private sector clients.  We provide construction services from small interior renovations to mid-size residential multifamily / commercial projects since 1978.

Our Services

Primeco is an Orlando-based, full-service contractor with extensive experience serving both public – and private – sector clients.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

We believe in partnering with the owner in controlling costs and changes, creating a construction team that will enhance construction performance and at the same time protect owner’s interest in maintaining cost within budget.

DESIGN / BUILD

Early involvement during the design phase enables us to help the owner in choosing the most effective and efficient materials while keeping budget cost in place.

SUB-CONSTRUCTION

As part of our services we provide structural concrete and masonry subcontracts to general contractors.  Our company has been in business for the last 35 years specializing in mid-size concrete structures and masonry services.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

We participate with owners / architects / engineers / consultants through the pre-construction phase in order to make the process more effective and economical to the owner.  We provide our knowledge and experience as a shareable asset for the benefit of the project, and ultimately, to the owner.
